Pros: Hmm, I've been using this Air Con for a while now, and it works perfectly. It doesn't take long to start up of to cool the room down.

Cons: Sometimes I find that if the remote isn't ponting at the Air Con, it doesn't work, which is annyoing!

Overall: This Air Con makes hot summers history. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy but that doesn't really matter. One annoying thing is that it didn't cool down my whole house, which is quite small. The heating system is great, it's much better than most air con/heating systems. Highly reccommended.

Pros: Great value for money, low power consumption for the size of the unit. Good customer support from LG.

Cons: Servicing agents let the product down with there lack of knowledge and uncarring attitude. Parts take a long time to arrive.

Overall: We have had this unit installed for over 2 years now and could not fault the unit itself. We had one small issue when it had run out of warranty by two weeks and LG still paid for the repair without hesitation. The heating cycle on this unit is superior to any other air conditioner that I have ever used. It would heat our whole house (4 bedroom open plan) within 1 hour. I would definetely recomend the LG to anyone who is looking for a split system.

Pros: my friend owns one of these, summer is good at her place, and i agree gets too cold.

Cons: get too cold, but thats not really bad is it???

Overall: summer time is fun with one of these, beat the heat and buy one..

Pros: Looks Great

Cons: Noisy. Can't stand the heat, can't stand the cold. Needs a switch or fuse beside it so you don't have to go out the the fuse box when it decides to shut down. The only way the get it running again is remove/replace the fuse. Like a computer it goes into lock mode. Does F*&*&%^$&^*#@EG&Y all.

Overall: When it goes it goes well, when it plays up, which is usually when you really need it, like 40 degrees C or 12 degrees C it gets annoying having to go outside and reset the fuse.

Pros: Looks Good

Cons: Not a good unit. It has cooling issues which cause it to ice up and when heat is required then it can take some time before it starts to operate. This unit is not good enough to do either job!

Overall: This is not a good product, stay away from them. It is made from poor quality plastics which constantly make cracking sounds through expansion and contraction. The service manual describes nothing and service vendors always nod their heads knowing that it is a unit that can't be fixed, but they still take the call-out money!

Pros: If they work, they are ok I guess.

Cons: I am an air con installer. I pray every time I install one that it works.

Overall: These things don't need a technician to repair, they need a priest. Stay away.

Overall: let me b the 1st to let every1 know--- i have won over LG through court, and have got my $ back!!!i put a comment on here last year.i still had problems after it got fixed!!! 4 request were put in fro a change over(meaning a new system)and each time they got denyed from the people from LG.the request were put in from the same company in newcastle who fixes LG products.long story short...i took it further and won.DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!and the costomer service is very bad.u will get nowhere with them.im going 2 the media with this to let people know, even the little people can win over the big boys!!! my next aircon will b a better brand.not a LG(Lifelong Garbag).

Pros: Super cold

Cons: Noisey, limited features, heating can sometime take an enternity to kick in, manual doesn't explain the operation funst terribly well

Overall: Have had unit for 1 year and have just now experienced my first problem which is yet to be diagnosed. I beleive it has a gas leak some where?? If so this is more of an installer problem.

Overall: Have had mine fixed 6 times in one year. LG's customer service is appalling, they say the warranty is for repair not replacement, in peak times it takes two weeks to get it repaired. I desperately wish I'd done more research before buying this useless contraption. DO NOT BUY LG!

Pros: the look.

Cons: where do u begin?the 1st 2 months i owned the brand new product and the plastic grill inside melted!they put a whole new front on.then,it rattles...big time.bn fixed and looked @ 2 times.now the front glass panal wont close when in off mode.the timer also mucks up.there was a change over requested from the LG people who fix it...but was declined by LG--->even though they havnt looked @ it themselves.now we r stuck with a aircon that needs fixing but every time we ring they refuse.we r taking this further///consumer affairs and today tonite and media.there customer line is discusting,and the manager @ LG was extremly rude and arrogant!!!keep well away from this aircon and LG appliaces!!!oh 1 more thing,LG is actually the old GOLD STAR appliances!!!thats right.new name same old crapy appliances!!!(LG should be called LD--->lifes dud!!!).

Overall: DONT BUY LG.UNLESS U WANT A NIGHTMARE ON UR HANDS!!!THE WHOLE COMPANY IS VERY RUDE AND WILL NOT WANT 2 KNOW UR PROBLEM!!!U WILL B STUCK WITH A FAULTY APPLIANCE!!!
